Hello everyone, This is actually a Video I recorded a while ago But I felt it was worth sharing, The recipe for this particular juice is as follows:
4 Carrots washed but not skinned
3 Cups Greens: Baby Bok Choy, Organic spinach, Broccoli Greens, Asian celery ( Normal celery will substitute well.)
2 apples (organic)
Bell Pepper (organic)
3 skinned beets
If your Juicer is Not powerful enough you may have to chop your veggies especially the apples, Carrots and Beets.
